Refund Policy
Policy Applicability
This Refund Policy applies to all services, deliverables, digital products, consulting, and other professional work provided by TASHA CONSULT LLC ("we," "us," "our") to clients and customers ("you," "your") in the United States.
No General Guarantee of Refund
All payments for services are non-refundable once work has commenced, work has been delivered, or project milestones have been achieved and accepted by the client.
- Includes custom web development, design, SEO, analytics, consulting, and related digital solutions
- Digital services and custom deliverables inherently lose value once provided
- Refunds only considered as described in Eligibility section
Refund Eligibility
Situations Where Refund May Be Considered
Pre-Service Cancellation
If you cancel a service before any work has begun or materials have been delivered, a full refund of amounts paid may be issued.
Duplicate Billing Error
If you are charged more than once for the same service due to a bona fide system or processing error, we will refund the duplicate amount promptly.
Failure to Deliver as Agreed
If we fail to deliver any service or deliverable as expressly agreed in writing, and you notify us in accordance with Section 5, we may consider a partial or full refund based on work performed to date.
Non-Eligible Situations
- Dissatisfaction with results (subjective opinion about quality)
- Change of mind after work has commenced
- Completed, delivered, or partially delivered work
- Approved milestones or deliverables
No Refund for Completed, Delivered, or Partially Delivered Work
Once work is delivered — including design files, access credentials, intellectual property, code, or other materials — or milestones are approved, no refund will be issued.
How to Request a Refund
Step 1: Submit Written Request
Email your request to tasha@tashaconsult.com with the following information:
- Full name and contact information
- Invoice number and date
- Description of the reason for request
- Supporting documentation (if applicable)
Step 2: Timeline Requirements
Submission Deadline
Submit your request within 10 business days of the event giving rise to the refund request.
Acknowledgement
We will acknowledge receipt within 5 business days and may request additional information.
Review and Determination Process
All refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Approval of a refund is at our sole discretion and does not create a precedent for future requests.
If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business daysof approval. Processing times may vary by financial institution.
Modifications and Updates
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updated policies will be posted on our website and take effect upon posting. Your decision to engage with our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
Governing Law
This Refund Policy and any disputes arising from it will be governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any part of this Refund Policy does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that provision later.
